The Village Angels of Tanzania hire unemployed at-risk youths to deliver food and basic supplies to poor abandoned elderly people living in isolated villages of Northwestern Tanzania. Sister Dativa Mukebita masterfully runs the program in Kafua, Tanzania.

Africa Surgery’s programs encompass several aspects of the everyday life of many Sierra Leoneans. From providing surgery support and financing for the needy to employment assistance, from helping children with education to providing them with after-surgery tutoring,  Tom Johnson, a Morristown-native is the engine behind Africa Surgery. He spends 5 months a year in Sierra Leone, helping needy people.
